P3Y (Paramji Papra Param Yog) is described as a unique and ancient Sanatan Vidya that empowers individuals to live happier, healthier, and more prosperous lives. Rooted in timeless wisdom, P3Y is open to all—beyond the boundaries of religion, caste, or creed.

🔹 The Three Pillars of P3Y

  • P – Paramji: His Holiness Paramji is revered not as a god, guru, or deity, but as an invisible, supreme truth. Through Paramji’s guidance, people can fulfill their heartfelt wishes and lead a more content, prosperous, and disease-free life. Paramji emphasized: “Live in the present. Those who worry about the past or future can never be truly happy.”
  • P – Papr: A system of 11 sentences, including 8 given directly by Paramji, designed as a method of seeking happiness and peace. This practice helps individuals align their lives with positivity and fulfillment.
  • P – Param Yog: A simple yet powerful practice consisting of two kriyas—Param Swas and Param Naad. Regular practice reduces mental stress, strengthens memory and intellect in children, and alleviates conditions like depression. Even one minute of Param Yog can calm the mind, while consistent practice ensures lasting mental well-being.
