Continuous rains in Kangra district have left the road leading to Gaggal Patwar House in a deplorable condition, causing severe inconvenience to residents. The path, already damaged for the past two years, has now become nearly impassable due to water flowing from a nearby drain.

Locals report that mud and stagnant water have made walking extremely difficult, with schoolchildren and elderly residents often slipping and sustaining injuries. People visiting the Patwar House for land-related paperwork—especially those affected by the Kangra Airport expansion—are forced to arrive with wet clothes and shoes.

Residents have urged the administration to either repair the road immediately or temporarily shift the Patwar House to the Gaggal Panchayat building to provide relief. They stressed that the situation has persisted for years and requires urgent intervention to prevent further accidents and hardships.
