Under the 60-day “Chitta Mukt Nurpur, Nasha Mukt Nurpur” campaign by the Idea of Bharat Foundation, a public outreach drive was held in Sadwan Panchayat, marking the 17th leg of the initiative. Volunteers visited homes across the village to raise awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse and interacted with shopkeepers and locals in the market, urging collective efforts to build a drug-free society.

The campaign also reached local gyms, where youth were encouraged to adopt fitness, sports, and disciplined lifestyles to stay away from addiction and focus on a healthier future.

The program saw participation from Gram Panchayat Pradhan Sudesh Kumar Vikki, former Pradhan Tony Ji, former BDC member Rakesh Sharma Kuki, Ravindra Samkadia, Amit Kumar, and other community members.

Rahul Sharma, President of the Idea of Bharat Foundation, emphasized that the fight against drugs requires participation from every section of society. He said that direct engagement in homes, markets, and gyms is helping inspire youth to lead healthy lives and reject addiction.

He added that the campaign’s goal is not only to spread awareness but also to create a positive social environment united against drugs.

Message is clear — Healthy Youth, Strong Society. Chitta Mukt Nurpur, Nasha Mukt Nurpur!
