Designated Route: Walk only on the official path; shortcuts and risky areas are prohibited.
Group Travel: Avoid traveling alone; take special care of children, women, and elders.
Emergency Response: Stop immediately if breathlessness, dizziness, or panic occurs; seek help at medical/police camps.
