Himalyan Public Senior Secondary School successfully conducted its Student Council elections through a structured house‑wise voting process, reflecting the spirit of democracy among students.

The polling, held from 12:00 noon to 2:30 PM, saw enthusiastic participation from Classes VI to XII. Students maintained discipline, patiently waiting for their turn and casting votes in secrecy for their preferred candidates.

Candidates contested for positions of House Captain, Vice Captain, and Junior House Captain across all four houses—Astra, Ignis, Terra, and Aqua. Teachers were appointed as a special team to ensure fairness and transparency throughout the process.

School Director Mr. Anurag Gupta addressed the students, emphasizing the importance of voting and inspiring them to grow into responsible citizens.

The event not only strengthened democratic values but also showcased the students’ commitment to leadership and teamwork.
