State Social Media Co-Convenor Shrey Awasthi has strongly attacked Congress President over his recent controversial remark against Prime Minister , calling it “shameful, irresponsible, and an insult to the dignity of the Prime Minister’s office.”
Awasthi said that the use of words like “terrorist” by a senior leader like Kharge exposes the deep frustration and political bankruptcy within the Congress party. He added that such language is not an isolated incident but part of a repeated pattern where Congress leaders resort to personal attacks due to their inability to counter the policies and popularity of Prime Minister Modi.
Targeting the Congress further, Awasthi stated that the party’s current condition across the country clearly reflects its declining credibility and shrinking presence. “Congress has virtually disappeared from large parts of India, and this is the result of its negative politics and lack of vision,” he said.
Referring to Himachal Pradesh, Awasthi alleged that even in states where Congress is in power, the party has failed to deliver effective governance. “In Himachal Pradesh, people are facing hardships due to administrative failure and poor governance under Congress rule,” he said, adding that public dissatisfaction is steadily rising.
Awasthi asserted that such statements by Kharge not only lower the level of political discourse but also show the desperation within Congress. He emphasized that the people of India will not tolerate repeated insults to their elected Prime Minister and will respond democratically.
He concluded by stating that while Congress continues to indulge in divisive and abusive politics, BJP remains committed to development, good governance, and the welfare of every citizen.
