The Route: Spirit Meets Serenity
Start your day at Gandhi Ashram, nestled on the banks of the Sabarmati River. This historic site, once Mahatma Gandhi’s residence, invites quiet contemplation. Walk through Hridaya Kunj, explore the museum, and feel the pulse of India’s freedom movement.
Next, head to the Sabarmati Riverfront, just 5–10 minutes away. On Republic Day, the promenade often comes alive with cultural programs, patriotic music, and tricolor lights. It’s the perfect place to pause and soak in the festive spirit.
