Rajesh Dharmani, the sole Congress MLA from Bilaspur district and representing Ghumarwin constituency in the Assembly, has secured a ministerial berth after a year-long struggle. The second ministerial probable, Yadvinder Goma, an MLA from Jaisinghpur constituency in Kangra, is still awaiting official confirmation.
