Palampur – Palampur MLA Ashish Butail extended heartfelt greetings to all citizens on the occasion of Independence Day. On this occasion, he expressed his gratitude to Hon’ble Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri for their initiative in resuming the Palampur–Delhi Volvo bus service from August 16.
The MLA informed that due to the implementation of GRAP-4 in the Delhi region, all BS-4 category buses had been discontinued, which had also led to the suspension of the Palampur–Delhi Volvo service. For the convenience of passengers, this service is now being restarted.
According to the schedule, the bus will depart from Palampur daily at 7:00 AM, reach Chandigarh at 12:10 PM, and arrive in Delhi at 8:05 PM. From Delhi, the bus will depart at 7:00 AM and reach Palampur at 7:00 PM.
He further stated that to make the journey faster and smoother, the shortest route has been finalized, which will run from Palampur via Hamirpur and Ghumarwin to its destination.
