Has produced hundreds of doctors, engineers, other professionals over the past decade
Dharamshala: Renowned for excellence in education and coaching, the Minerva Institute is set to open a new branch of its Minerva Study Circle in Dharamshala on February 2, 2025.
The inaugural ceremony would be graced by IAS officer Zafar Iqbal as the chief guest while HAS officer Hitesh Lakhanpal would be present as a special guest, said Rakesh Chandel of the Minerva Institute at a press conference in Dharamshala.
Chandel highlighted the institute’s commitment to providing quality education, emphasising that Minerva Study Circle was established in 2014 to ensure students excelled in all fields.
Over the past decade, the institute’s Ghumarwin branch has produced remarkable results, with around 350 students entering the medical field. Several of these students were now pursuing degrees at prestigious medical colleges across the country, while several have completed their studies and were contributing to the healthcare sector, said Chandel.
About 250 students from Minerva Study Circle in Ghumarwin had also enrolled in engineering institutions like NITs, IITs and other reputed technical institutes, with several of them now employed in top companies, he said.
Chandel said the new Dharamshala branch aimed to extend similar opportunities to students from Kangra, Chamba and surrounding areas, helping them excel in competitive exams. “Coaching for JEE, medical entrance exams and other prestigious tests will commence at the Dharamshala branch from February 2,” he said.
Chandel noted that parents always aspired that their children should get the best education, and that Minerva Study Circle was one institute that had been constantly delivering for years on this front.
