Former BJP MLA Pawan Nayyar challenges Chamba DC to dissolve municipal council ‘if he has courage’

CHAMBA: Former Chamba MLA Pawan Nayyar has thrown an open challenge to Chamba Deputy Commissioner, asking him to dissolve the Chamba Municipal Council if he had the “courage”.
Addressing the media, the former MLA alleged that the Deputy Commissioner was pressurising the councillors to resign.
“Lakhs of rupees have been released in the name of relief to Protha gram panchayat of Chamba Assembly constituency. On the other hand, the health services at the Chamba Medical College have been crumbling and the administration is not making any effort to improve these,” said Nayyar.
