Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Mukesh Repswal on Wednesday visited Bharmour block to review the preparations for the upcoming Panchayat elections. During the inspection, he issued necessary directions to officials and staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of election-related tasks.
He specifically instructed that the ballot paper writing work must be completed within the stipulated timeframe, with special emphasis on accuracy and quality. Alongside reviewing the ballot paper process, the Deputy Commissioner also inspected the strong room and counting hall set up in Bharmour.
SDM Vikas Sharma, District Development Officer Tavinder Kumar, and Tehsildar Tejram Bhardwaj were also present during the visit.
