Aanchal Kumari, daughter of Gurmeet Singh and Meera Devi from Tikker village in Palampur, has brought pride to her family and region by securing the 8th rank in the Himachal Administrative Services (HAS) examination. She has been selected for the post of District Controller.
Aanchal completed her schooling from AVM School, Pahra, where she studied from nursery to Class 12. She had earlier achieved merit in her Class 10 examinations as well. Her father works as a taxi driver, and her success has been hailed as an inspiring example of determination and hard work.
The achievement has been widely celebrated, with family, school, and community members extending heartfelt congratulations to Aanchal for illuminating the name of her village and district.
