Athlete Seema, who brought glory to India by winning a bronze medal at the Asian Games, was accorded a grand welcome at the Rising Star School, Udaipur campus upon her first visit to her home district after the achievement.
The felicitation ceremony was led by Principal Dr. Sanjeev Suri along with the entire school staff, while District Sports Officer Rupesh Kumar honored Seema with a memento. Chamba Municipal Council Chairperson Bhuvneshwari Gulati also felicitated her on the occasion.

In her address, Seema expressed gratitude to Dr. Suri and the school for their support, adding that her journey is far from over as her ultimate goal remains an Olympic medal. She vowed to continue working tirelessly towards that dream.
Dr. Suri praised Seema’s achievement, noting that she has made not only Chamba and Himachal Pradesh proud, but the entire nation. He recalled Seema’s promise to visit the school before going home and expressed confidence that she will one day win Olympic gold for India.
