Dr. Rajiv Singh Niryal, Principal of Spring Dale Convent Senior Secondary School, Jawali, has been conferred with the prestigious National Principal Award at the Education Excellence Conclave organized by the Government of India.
The award ceremony was held at Park Plaza, Zirakpur, Chandigarh, where Education Minister Mr. Harjot Singh Bains and former Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Manish Sisodia graced the occasion as Chief Guests. Selected principals from across the country were honored for their outstanding leadership and contributions to education.
Dr. Niryal was invited as Guest of Honour and recognized for his exemplary role as a leader, administrator, and mentor. His initiatives include enhancing teacher quality, ensuring effective curriculum implementation, improving examination results, maintaining discipline, fostering a safe and positive environment for students, promoting sports and holistic development, and introducing AI technology for institutional growth. His research on self-efficacy and well-being also contributed to his recognition.
On behalf of the school, President Dr. Rajendra, MD Mr. Pawan Chaudhary, and Committee Member Mr. Chandrashekhar congratulated Dr. Niryal, calling it a proud achievement for Jawali city. They highlighted that the award reflects the school’s developmental activities and innovative use of AI technology in education.
Dr. Niryal received the trophy and citation from the Chief Guests, marking a milestone in the school’s journey of excellence.
