Rajat Kumar was previously declared a Proclaimed Offender (P.O.) by the Hon’ble Court in connection with FIR No. 197/20 (NDPS Act) registered at Police Station Damtal. He was arrested in that case recently and was in judicial custody. Following legal procedure, Nurpur Police secured custody transfer to interrogate him further in FIR No. 127/24, linking him to the wider drug trafficking network.
