Manimahesh Yatra: 9,886 Pilgrims Receive Medical Aid at Camps

To ensure timely and effective healthcare during the sacred Manimahesh Yatra 2026, the Health Department has set up medical check-up camps at key points along the pilgrimage route.

BMO Bharmaur Dr. Dipesh Baral informed that from August 25 to September 19 (9 AM), a total of 9,886 pilgrims and locals received medical services at these camps.

Breakdown of beneficiaries:

  • Dal Lake Camp: 2,841
  • Gaurikund Camp: 3,079
  • Sundarasi Camp: 1,259
  • Dhanchho Camp: 910
  • Hadsar Camp: 1,124
  • Bharmaani Camp: 673

These camps have played a crucial role in safeguarding the health of devotees, ensuring that medical assistance is available at every important stop along the pilgrimage route.
