CHAMBA: The Tandi-Sansari Nala route, which connects the remote tribal Pangi Valley in Chamba district to Kullu and other parts of Himachal Pradesh, has finally been reopened for traffic.
Thanks to the relentless efforts of the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) officials, staff and machinery operators, the route was cleared and made operational by Sunday evening, bringing much-needed relief to the local residents.

The road had been blocked since February 25 due to heavy snowfall. However, after weeks of hard work, the BRO was able to clear the heavy snow and reopen the route. The locals expressed their gratitude to the BRO for their tireless efforts in restoring connectivity to the region.

The authorities also urged travellers to exercise necessary precautions while traveling along the route, as conditions can still be challenging. The reopening of this vital road is expected to bring a significant improvement in the daily lives of the people of Pangi Valley.
