Rose Public School, Sulyali, organised a special awareness programme to encourage citizens to participate actively in the upcoming Panchayat elections.
Under the leadership of Principal Mr. Sanjay Soguni and Vice Principal Mrs. Babita Soguni, students from Classes IX to XII took out a massive awareness rally across the region. Alongside, Class VIII students presented an engaging street play (nukkad natak) on the theme of voting awareness. The performance was staged at Gram Panchayat Sulyali and Gram Panchayat Thehri, where students urged people to vote fairly and in greater numbers.
The impactful messages and spirited performances of the children received wide appreciation from the local residents, who praised their efforts in strengthening democratic values.
The rally and street play were flagged off by the Principal and Vice Principal. All teachers of the school were present on the occasion and encouraged the students.
The school administration emphasized that every citizen’s vote is vital for strengthening democracy, and this awareness campaign was organized with the sole aim of inspiring people to fulfill their responsibility as voters.
