The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), Nurpur Branch under Shimla Division, celebrated the inauguration of its newly renovated and modernized office premises today.
The upgraded branch was formally inaugurated by Shri Kulbhushan Sharma, Zonal Manager (Executive Director), North Zone, in the presence of Shri Vikram Singh Yadav, Chief Engineer, North Zone.
The renovation project aims to provide improved customer service, enhanced infrastructure, a better working environment for employees, and a more comfortable experience for policyholders and agents. The modernized premises reflect LIC’s commitment to operational excellence and customer-centric service delivery.
Addressing the gathering, Shri Kulbhushan Sharma emphasized LIC’s dedication to strengthening its service network and delivering seamless, technology-driven services. He lauded the efforts of the Shimla Division and Nurpur Branch in successfully completing the project. Shri Vikram Singh Yadav highlighted the role of modern infrastructure in boosting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The event was attended by senior officials, employees, development officers, agents, and distinguished guests. The gathering expressed confidence that the renovated branch would further strengthen LIC’s presence in the region and better serve the insurance needs of Nurpur and adjoining areas.
The programme was conducted under the leadership of Shri Dinesh Kumar Sharma, Senior Divisional Manager, Shimla Division, and Shri Narendra Pal, Deputy Chief Engineer, whose guidance was instrumental in the project’s success.
