In a commendable initiative to streamline and ensure safe traffic management in the popular tourist town of Dalhousie, two educational institutions have stepped forward with valuable support. Guru Nanak Public School, Dalhousie, and Dalhousie Public School, Dalhousie have donated traffic cones and barricades to the local police administration, which are now being deployed across key junctions and sensitive areas of the town.
These resources are expected to play a crucial role in regulating the heavy flow of vehicles, especially during the tourist season, thereby making traffic movement more organized and secure.
DSP Dalhousie, Mayank Sharma, expressed gratitude to Dr. Captain G.S. Dhillon, Chairman of Dalhousie Public School, and Principal Navdeep Bhandari of Guru Nanak Public School for this thoughtful contribution. He emphasized that such cooperation from different sections of society is vital for strengthening discipline and safety in the town.
