The prestigious Guru Nanak Public School in Dalhousie hosted its annual prize distribution ceremony today with great enthusiasm and joy.
The event was graced by senior officials from the Education Department — Deputy Director (School Education) Mr. Sunil Kumar and Deputy Director (Elementary Education) Mr. Ramesh Sharma — who attended as chief guests. They were warmly welcomed by the school management upon arrival.
During the ceremony, the distinguished guests honored meritorious students from classes 5 to 12. Awards were presented to those who excelled academically throughout the session as well as to students who brought laurels to the institution in various competitions.
In their addresses, both officials encouraged the students to continue working hard with dedication and discipline. They emphasized that such recognition programs serve as a source of motivation, inspiring young learners to strive for excellence in their future endeavors.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Principal Navdeep Bhandari, who expressed gratitude to the guests, teachers, and parents for their presence and support. He extended his best wishes for the bright future of all students.
