Nurpur next stop for TNR-Shining Star Awards 3.0 after spectacular shows in Chamba, Dharamshala; ceremony set for June 12

DHARAMSHALA: After spectacular ceremonies of The Newz Radar-Shining Star Awards 3.0 in Chamba and Dharamshala, the academic excellence event now heads to Nurpur in Kangra district.
Set to take place on June 12, 2025, this is the first time the function is being held in Nurpur due to the area’s significance in terms of education and academic institutions.


Students who scored 85% and above in Class 10 and Class 12 board exams (all boards and streams) will be eligible for recognition. The event will be organised at the banquet hall at Jyoti Resort in Nurpur.
The awards aim to appreciate students not only for their academic excellence but also for their determination and commitment in an increasingly competitive environment.

Dharamshala, Chamba events set high benchmark

The event in Chamba and Dharamshala witnessed enthusiastic turnout of hundreds of students, parents, teachers and dignitaries. Himachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri graced the occasion as chief guest in Dharamshala and Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania in Chamba.


Speaking at the events, Agnihotri and Pathania called the TNR-Shining Star Awards platform “a celebration of ambition, discipline and vision” and encouraged students to “aim for the highest goal” and contribute to the state’s progress.
