Ramesh Kumar, a folk singer from Banikhet, Chamba district, who also serves as a Laboratory Technician at Dalhousie Cantonment Board Hospital, is set to release his new Pahari duet song “Bindu Pyariye” tomorrow on YouTube.
The song has been sung by his wife Saroj Kumari, a resident of Banikhet and an ASHA worker originally from Bharmaur, who shares a deep passion for music.
Ramesh Kumar, known for his folk and devotional singing, has previously received immense love from audiences for his songs “Balo Raniye” and Saroj Kumari’s “Meri Padma Pyari”, both of which were widely appreciated.
The singer credited his musical journey to the blessings of his late father Prithi Chand and mother Krishna Devi.
“Bindu Pyariye” has been composed by Pammi, with lyrics penned by Vijay Sharma. Ramesh Kumar expressed hope that this duet, sung together with his wife, will receive the same affection and support from listeners as their earlier songs.
