To be Chief Guest at Minjar Fair 2026

Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri will be on a two‑day visit to Chamba district starting July 31. He will attend the sixth cultural evening of the International Minjar Fair‑2026 at Chamba Chaugan as the chief guest.
According to the official schedule, the Deputy CM will arrive at Banikhet in the afternoon of July 31 for a brief halt before proceeding to Chamba. At 8:30 PM, he will grace the cultural evening of the Minjar Fair as chief guest.
On August 1, Mukesh Agnihotri will inaugurate and lay foundation stones for several developmental projects in Chamba Assembly constituency. At 10:30 AM, he will lay the foundation stone for fire safety improvement works at Chamba Chaugan. At 11:30 AM, he will inaugurate the augmentation of the Sach‑Parel‑Sultanpur drinking water scheme in Gram Panchayat Sach.
Later, at 1 PM, he will perform the bhoomi pujan of the Bhala‑Tipri‑Chalera irrigation scheme at Bhala, followed by laying the foundation stone for the remodeling of another irrigation scheme in Gram Panchayat Sahu at 2 PM.
