Under the “Aapka Sevak Aapke Dwar” program, APMC District and State OBC Congress Department President Narendra Nishu Mongra announced that a Community and Women’s Hall will soon be constructed in Sanora Panchayat.
He further assured that families residing on government land under the Gaggal Airport expansion will be provided compensation. The first phase of the process—regularizing their settlements—is already underway. Mongra stated that he will meet Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu in Shimla to ensure the completion of this regularization work at the earliest.
Addressing the gathering, Mongra highlighted that under the leadership of CM Sukhu, Kangra district has witnessed rapid strengthening of infrastructure including roads, bridges, drinking water, and health facilities. He added that the “Aapka Sevak Aapke Dwar” initiative has become the people’s first choice, as it provides a platform for villagers to voice their concerns and seek solutions directly.
He also mentioned that several crore‑rupee development projects have already been implemented in Kangra constituency, and a detailed report will soon be submitted to the Chief Minister for further works.
