Chaurasi Vyapar Mandal Submits Memorandum Ahead of Kartik Swami Temple Opening

In anticipation of the upcoming Baisakhi festival and the ceremonial reopening of the revered Kartik Swami Temple in Kugti, the Chaurasi Vyapar Mandal Bharmour submitted a formal memorandum to the Acting Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Bharmaur, urging timely arrangements for the convenience of devotees.

The memorandum highlights the expected surge in pilgrim footfall and calls for proactive administrative measures to ensure smooth operations. Key demands include:

  • Proper demarcation of parking zones
  • Installation of clear directional signage along the route to the temple
  • Adequate lighting on the approach path
  • Provision of clean drinking water for devotees
  • Deployment of police personnel to manage crowd control

Additional requests include regular sanitation of temple premises, maintenance of cleanliness, uninterrupted electricity supply, and appointment of a Naib Tehsildar-level officer to oversee arrangements during the temple opening.

The Chaurasi Vyapar Mandal emphasized that all concerned departments should be instructed to implement these measures promptly to avoid inconvenience to pilgrims.

Present during the submission were Mandal President Ranjit Sharma, General Secretary Mahendra Patial, Senior Vice President Azad Zaryal, Tilak Sharma, Pawan Patial, Press Secretary Pyar Sharma, Senior Member Milap Patial, Zone In-Charge Abhilash Patial, and other dignitaries including Mahendra Sharma.
