Mandi MP Pratibha Singh releases Rs 48 lakh from MP fund for development works

Mandi: Mandi MP Pratibha Singh has allocated more than Rs 48 lakh from her MP fund for various development works.
On the request of Mandi Municipal Corporation appointed councilor Nitin Bhatia, she approved Rs 3 lakh for the construction of a road behind the Woodland Showroom in ward number 13, and on the request of councilor Rajendra Mohan Rs 2.50 lakh for the construction of a rain shelter in Nela. Both councilors of Mandi Municipal Corporation expressed their gratitude for approving these funds.
The MP approved Rs 2 lakh for the construction of a pavilion in Barot of the Darang Assembly constituency, Rs 3 lakh for the approach road in Majharnu, Rs 3 lakh for the approach road in Nergharvasda panchayat, Rs 2.50 lakh for security wall in Kanarag village of Kathaun gram panchayat in Jogindernagar Assembly constituency, Rs 2 lakh for the approach road in Badiguna gram panchayat of Sadar Assembly constituency, Rs 2 lakh for the community hall in Sardhwar gram panchayat of Balh Assembly constituency, Rs 1 lakh for the construction of a security wall in Chhonal village, Rs 1 lakh for the purchase of furniture for Bah gram panchayat in the Darang Assembly constituency.
In addition, Rs 7000 each has been approved for 15 women and youth groups for sports and other activities in gram panchayats of Chautanda, Dhelu, Sagnahar, Ehju, Sainthal, Main Bharola, and Tikru of Jogindernagar Assembly constituency.
She has approved Rs 3 lakh for the construction of a community center in Sulapur gram panchayat of Sarkaghat constituency, Rs 2 lakh for the construction of a shed in Jambala gram panchayat of Sundarnagar, Rs 2 lakh for the construction of a playground in Mahog gram panchayat in Karsog Assembly constituency, Rs 2 lakh for the approach road in Mahog, Rs 2 lakh for the playground in Simas gram panchayat of Jogindernagar, and Rs 3 lakh for the installation of a master solar light in Cheli gram panchayat of Darang.
The MP approved Rs 3 lakh each for development works in panchayats of Nyoli and Shamshi of Kullu Sadar constituency, and Rs 15,000 each for the purchase of sports equipment for 16 women’s groups in various development blocks of Kullu district.
