New HRTC Bus Service Launched in Sahoda Village, Kangra – Flagged Off by Vice Chairman Ajay Verma

A new HRTC bus service was inaugurated today in Sahoda village, bringing much-needed relief to local residents. The service was flagged off by HRTC Vice Chairman Ajay Verma in the presence of a large gathering of villagers and panchayat representatives.

Route & Timing: The new bus will operate from Dharamshala to Tanda via Sahoda, departing from Sahoda at 11:30 AM daily.

Residents had long demanded a bus on this route, and the new service is expected to greatly benefit students, patients, employees, and the elderly by improving access to Dharamshala and Tanda hospitals. Ajay Verma emphasized that the government’s goal is to connect every village with reliable transport facilities, reducing everyday hardships for the people.

Local villagers expressed gratitude to the government and HRTC management for addressing their long-standing demand. The event was attended by former Zila Parishad member Kulbhash Chaudhary, Sahoda Panchayat Pradhan Sameera, former Pradhan Kiran Wala, Zila Parishad member Vijay Kumar, and APMC Kangra Chairman Narendra Singh (Nishu) Mogara, among others.
