Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania visited the Sarol campus of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Government Medical College today.
During the inspection, he reviewed various administrative and management arrangements and held a meeting with district officials and college authorities. He also issued necessary directions to the concerned departmental officers to ensure smooth functioning of the institution.
The Principal of the college, Dr. Pankaj Gupta, briefed the Speaker in detail about the facilities and ongoing arrangements.
The inspection was attended by MLA Neeraj Nayyar, District Chairman of Agricultural Produce and Marketing Committee Lalit Thakur, Haj Committee Chairman Dildar Ali Batt, District Congress Committee President Surjit Bharmouri, Churah Congress leader Yashwant Singh Khanna, Deputy Commissioner Mukesh Repaswal, Superintendent of Police Vijay Kumar Saklani, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Jalam Singh Bhardwaj, Superintendent Engineer Rajiv Thakur, along with Rajesh Mogra, Diwakar Singh Pathania, and other departmental officers.
