The renowned ancient Bharmaani Mata Temple, which falls under the Manimahesh Trust, has been targeted by unidentified miscreants who broke open the temple’s donation boxes and locks.
Acting Additional District Magistrate of Bharmaur, Vikas Sharma, confirmed the incident, stating that information was received regarding the damage to the donation boxes and temple locks. An FIR has been registered at Bharmaur Police Station on Wednesday.
He further informed that on Thursday, a joint team from the Bharmaur administration and police will conduct a detailed investigation. The inquiry will focus on identifying the culprits and ensuring measures are taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
