Rampur Bushahr : Dr. Suresh Sharma, Vice President of the Traffic and Transport Wing at Brahma Kumaris Headquarters, Mount Abu, emphasized the importance of safety alongside education for students’ success. Speaking at a workshop at DAV Public School, he highlighted that self-discipline is crucial—not just under supervision but as a personal commitment to growth.
Dr. Sharma stressed that strong willpower, innovative thinking, and positivity, combined with hard work, are essential for achieving success. Citing Thomas Edison and Madame Curie, he underscored the value of perseverance in reaching great heights.
He also linked traffic safety to life success, urging students to follow road safety rules and inspire their peers to do the same. He called on citizens to become “Safety Messengers”, ensuring not just personal adherence to traffic laws but also encouraging family and friends to follow them.
At the end of the workshop, students took a pledge to follow traffic rules. Coordinator Kirti reinforced the message, urging students to wear seat belts even when seated in the back of a car. She personally committed to following this rule.
Principal Mukta Chaudhary expressed gratitude to Dr. Sharma, who presented road safety literature and invited the school to Mount Abu. She honored him with a school memento, while BK Krishna, head of the Brahma Kumaris service center in Rampur, gifted spiritual literature and prasad to the principal.
