Top convent school principal forcibly thrown out from office after she refuses to make way for her replacement
A disturbing video showing the principal of Bishop Johnson Girls School in Prayagraj being forcibly removed from her office has gone viral on social media, sparking outrage and calls for justice.
The video captures a group of individuals, including the school’s chairman, barging into the office of principal Parul Solomon, breaking the door and forcibly ejecting her from her chair to make way for her replacement.
The incident, which has drawn widespread condemnation, reportedly occurred at Bishop Johnson Girls School. In the video, the principal’s chair is seen being snatched away as the new principal is seated amidst applause from onlookers.
The group, led by a lawyer and supporters of Bishop Morris Edgar Dan, insisted that the current principal, Parul Solomon, vacate her position. Despite her resistance, Solomon was removed and her phone was confiscated.
The school is overseen by the Diocese of Lucknow (Church of North India). According to reports, supporters of Bishop Morris Edgar Dan stormed the principal’s office and forcibly installed the new principal.
Following the incident, Parul Solomon filed a complaint at Colonelganj police station, accusing Bishop Morris Edgar Dan and others of robbery, intimidation and misconduct.
The viral video has sparked widespread outrage, with many calling for immediate action against those involved in the assault. Authorities are investigating the incident and further details are awaited.
