Government High School Sakrera observed the martyrdom day of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev with heartfelt tributes and patriotic fervor. The ceremony began with floral offerings to the portraits of the three freedom fighters by the school staff and young students.
The event was inaugurated with a lamp-lighting ceremony led by Headmaster Shri Lekhraj and senior teacher Shri Narayansukh. They addressed the students, highlighting the legacy of India’s brave sons and inspiring them to uphold the spirit of patriotism in their daily actions. The atmosphere resonated with chants of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai,” setting a tone of national pride.
Present on the occasion were Headmaster Lekhraj, teachers Narayansukh, Virendra Thakur, Girdhari, Rakesh Kumar, Amit Kumar, Keval Kumar, Santosh Kumar, Seema, Sunita Devi, Sushma Devi, Jaishi Ram, Bittu Kumar, and Alisha, who all paid homage and encouraged students to follow the ideals of the martyrs.
