DHARAMSHALA: Dr Aditi Chaudhary, a proud alumna of Springdale Convent Senior Secondary School at Jawali in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh has achieved an extraordinary milestone by clearing the MS/MD Obstetrics and Gynaecology examination at Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC), Shimla, in her very first attempt.
A native of Matlahar village in Kangra district, Dr Aditi has not only brought laurels to her school but made entire Jawali and Kangra proud.
Dr Aditi’s academic journey is marked by excellence. She passed her Class XII examination with flying colours from Springdale Convent Senior Secondary School, Jawali, following which she cleared her MBBS entrance examination. She completed her MBBS in 2024 and is probably the first student from the region to clear the prestigious MS/MD Obstetrics and Gynaecology exam at IGMC-Shimla.
Dr Aditi credits her success to the unwavering support and guidance of her parents and school staff. Her mother, Sunita Rani, is a lecturer at a government school while her father, Chandrashekhar Chaudhary, has been serving as AGM at KCC Bank Limited. Both have been her pillars of strength throughout her journey.
The principal of Springdale School, Dr Rajiv Singh Niryal, along with the Managing Committee Members, congratulated Dr Aditi on her outstanding success. They lauded her hard work and dedication, encouraging her to continue pursuing her dreams and making the region proud.
