Review Meeting Held for Shri Manimahesh Yatra Preparations

Essential directives issued for timely completion of tasks before the pilgrimage

Bharmour: A review meeting regarding the preparations for the upcoming Shri Manimahesh Yatra 2025 was held at the ADM office with officials from the Public Works Department. The meeting was chaired by ADM Bharmour, Kulbir Singh Rana.

During the meeting, the ADM instructed officials to complete all pilgrimage-related tasks in a time-bound manner. He emphasized that the repair and widening of the pedestrian route should be prioritized, and alternative pathways should be created where necessary. Additionally, he directed officials to construct separate paths for horses and mules to ensure smoother movement during the yatra.

ADM Rana also mandated the installation of a footbridge at Dunali by May 15, ensuring safety and convenience for pilgrims. Furthermore, he stressed the importance of maintaining cleanliness along the Manimahesh Yatra route and instructed officials to construct toilets at key locations.

The meeting also reviewed the progress of repair and widening work on Bharmaani Road, with officials directed to complete it at the earliest. The ADM urged all departments to work in coordination to make the pilgrimage safe and accessible for devotees.
