Kangra: A shell fired from across the border caused significant damage in Damtal area of Kangra district in Himachal Pradesh.
According to eyewitnesses, the shell exploded at a distance from residential areas, resulting in a miraculous escape for civilians. The blast caused damage to nearby structures, but no casualties were reported.
The district administration has confirmed the incident, stating that preliminary investigations suggest the shell was fired from across the border. “We are taking all necessary precautions and investigating the matter further to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the incident,” said a senior official.
