The oath‑taking ceremony for the newly elected College Students’ Central Association (CSCA) for the academic session 2026‑27 was held at Govt. Arya College, Nurpur.
The program began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp (Maa Saraswati Puja) and the singing of Vande Mataram. Dr. Anil Kumar welcomed all participants, while Acting Principal Dr. Diljeet Singh administered the oath of office and secrecy to the elected office bearers and nominated members.

- Shruti Devi as Joint Secretary
Other representatives from Arts, Commerce, Science, B.Voc, NCC, NSS, Rovers, Rangers, Cultural, Sports, Road Safety Club, and Eco Club also took their oaths.
In his address, Principal Dr. Diljeet Singh congratulated the new CSCA members, emphasizing that leadership means guiding fellow students and showing them the right path. He highlighted the importance of holistic development, discipline, and responsibility, noting that the CSCA will represent students’ voices and concerns.
CSCA President Akriti Sharma also expressed gratitude for the opportunity, while Dr. Rakesh Kumar delivered the vote of thanks. The ceremony concluded with the National Anthem, attended by nearly 300–400 students, faculty, and staff members.
