Conceptualised by The Newz Radar, Himachal Pradesh’s leading English digital news platform, the Shining Star Awards 4.0 is more than an award ceremony—it is a mission to celebrate perseverance, hard work, and academic brilliance among Himachali youth, while fostering student well-being beyond academics.
Carrying forward the successful legacy of its 2023, 2024, and 2025 editions, the awards have already set benchmarks in Palampur, Dharamshala, Chamba, and now Nurpur. The Shining Star Awards 4.0 will soon travel to other districts across Himachal Pradesh, continuing its mission of recognition and encouragement.
