Led by senior Congress leader Viplav Thakur and former Mayor of Dharamshala Devendra Jaggi, the aid vehicle carried ration and essential goods to communities impacted by recent calamities.

Despite government efforts, the Congress organization is extending additional help through its own channels. While flagging off the relief vehicle, Jaggi stated that this initiative marks the beginning of a sustained aid campaign to assist disaster-hit communities.
