Chamba town is set to receive a major infrastructure boost with the construction of a long-awaited multi-storey parking facility. Local MLA Neeraj Nayar informed that preparations for the project have reached the final stage and construction work will commence soon.

Sharing details, the MLA said that the project is extremely important in view of the continuous increase in the number of vehicles in Chamba city. Once completed, the multi-level parking building will provide a permanent solution to the parking problem and significantly improve the city’s traffic management system.

Soil Testing Nearly Completed

MLA Neeraj Nayar stated that soil testing at the identified site has been almost completed, marking a key milestone before the start of construction. All necessary technical formalities are being completed to ensure the project begins without delay.
