Bharmaur — The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) held its district-level meeting on Monday at the party office in Sarol, under the leadership of District President Dheeraj Singh Naryal. The meeting was attended by observers Purushottam Guleria and Sanjeev Deshta, Churah MLA Dr. Hans Raj, Dalhousie’s D.S. Thakur, Bharmaur MLA Dr. Janak Raj, and former Chamba Assembly candidate Neelam Naiyar, among others.
During the session, the previous executive committee was dissolved and a new district executive was formed. Subhash Chand from Banikhet and Vinod Kumar from Bharmaur were entrusted with the responsibilities of General Secretaries.

The newly appointed Vice Presidents include Vinod Kumar (Khajjiar), Virendra Thakur (Churah), Subhash (Bharmaur Holi), Vijay Thakur (Dalhousie), Divya Chakshu Sharma (Chowari), and Vineet Vij (Karian). Satpal Chawla was named Treasurer, while Manisha Kumari, Kaushalya Devi, Neelam Kumari, Sandeep Kumar, and Durgashwari Thapa were appointed as Secretaries.
Pammu Thakur was selected as Office Secretary, Neelam Jaswal as Joint Secretary, and Vishal Upmanyu as Media In-Charge. R. Singh and Sandeep Paniyal will serve as Joint Media In-Charges. Inder Kumar and Nirmal Pandey were appointed as Spokespersons.
In the IT wing, Neeraj Kapoor was named Coordinator and Komal Thakur as Joint Coordinator. Sunil Sharma and Shivani Thakur will handle Social Media responsibilities. The executive committee also includes over 50 members from various regions of Chamba district.
Special invitees to the meeting included prominent party leaders such as Harsh Mahajan, Pawan Naiyar, Jasvir Nagpal, Jai Singh, Maharaj Krishna Badyal, Raj Kumar, Dr. Janak Raj, and many others.
