Deadline Extended for Supreme Court Case Settlements under Samadhan Samaroh 2026

The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Kangra at Dharamshala, has announced that the deadline for submitting applications to settle cases pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India under Samadhan Samaroh (Special Lok Adalat) 2026 has been extended to 31st July, 2026.

Secretary Shri R. Mihul Sharma informed that this initiative offers litigants a valuable opportunity to resolve their pending matters amicably through mutual settlement and mediation. The Special Lok Adalat, launched on 21st April, 2026 at the Supreme Court premises, is part of the Court’s continued efforts to ensure accessible and speedy justice for all.

To facilitate participation, a simple Google Form has been made available on the official Supreme Court website. Interested litigants must submit the form by the extended deadline to have their cases considered for settlement.
