Shimla: Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu announced an ambitious plan to provide one lakh jobs annually in the state. MLA Rakesh Jamwal Highlights Ongoing Reforms

During the question hour, MLA Rakesh Jamwal acknowledged the receipt of the Deepak Sanan committee’s report, hinting at forthcoming revelations. Committees are actively being formed to address specific cases, including the appointment of the chairman of the state selection commission and the initiation of recruitment processes.

CM Sukhu Addresses Historical Recruitment Challenges

Responding to concerns raised during the session, CM Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu discussed the historical challenges faced by aspirants taking the Staff Selection Commission exam. He specifically pointed out instances of paper leaks leading to undeserving candidates passing the exams. With the appointment of the commission’s chairman, examinations are set to resume, addressing the issues faced by aspirants.

State Selection Commission Prepares for Reform

Amid ongoing protests by JEOIT aspirants from the previous government’s tenure, CM Sukhu assured that the State Selection Commission would soon initiate the recruitment process. The commission plans to employ a computer-based system for transparency and efficiency, signaling a significant step toward reform in the recruitment process.
