To ensure the smooth and safe conduct of Shri Manimahesh Yatra–2026, the administration is keeping a close watch on the arrangements along the pilgrimage route. In this regard, Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Bharmour Vikas Sharma carried out a detailed inspection of the pedestrian path from Manimahesh to Hadsar today.
🚶 During the inspection, the ADM reviewed the condition of the pathway, facilities available for pilgrims, and ongoing repair works. He interacted with officials and field staff to assess the current situation and directed them to prioritize maintenance wherever required.
He stated that the pedestrian route from Hadsar to Manimahesh is presently fit for pilgrims and the yatra is progressing smoothly. Safety of the devotees remains the administration’s top priority, with continuous monitoring being undertaken.
⚒️ The ADM noted that certain stretches of the path had suffered minor damage. These sections have been identified, and repair work is being carried out on a war footing. He instructed the Public Works Department to complete the restoration promptly to avoid inconvenience to pilgrims.
