Supreme Court to Hold Special Lok Adalat under SAMADHAN SAMAROH

Advancing the vision of participative justice and doorstep delivery of justice, the Supreme Court of India has announced the commencement of SAMADHAN SAMAROH (Supreme Court Action for Mediated Adjudication and Disputes Harmonization Across Nation) from April 21, 2026, culminating in a Special Lok Adalat scheduled for August 21–23, 2026.

This Special Lok Adalat aims to facilitate the amicable settlement of pending matters before the Supreme Court through consent-based resolution mechanisms.

Invitation to Participate

All advocates, litigants, and stakeholders are invited to actively participate and contribute to the effective resolution of disputes under this initiative. Parties may appear physically or virtually on the online platform to arrive at settlements.
