The scenic hill town of Dharamshala has welcomed a new culinary experience with the opening of Authentic Bangalore Idly Dosa Restaurant, bringing the real flavours of Karnataka to the region. The restaurant was officially inaugurated by DC Kangra Hemraj Bairwa in a special opening ceremony.
The restaurant aims to offer authentic South Indian cuisine, including Idly, Dosa, and Vada, prepared in traditional Bangalore style. According to the management, every dish is made using pure ghee and original rice and dal sourced directly from South India, ensuring that customers get the genuine taste of South Indian food.
One of the major highlights of the restaurant is its open kitchen concept, where customers can watch their food being prepared live. From the spreading of the batter to the making of a crispy golden dosa, the entire cooking process can be seen by visitors, reflecting transparency and hygiene in food preparation.
The dishes are served in a traditional South Indian style, accompanied by fresh chutney and sambar, offering a complete and authentic dining experience.
The restaurant management said their aim is to introduce the people of Dharamshala, as well as visiting tourists, to the true flavours of Bangalore and Karnataka cuisine.
With this new addition, the mountains of Dharamshala are now meeting the rich flavours of Bangalore, giving food lovers a fresh and authentic South Indian taste in the city.
