Bharmour— The tribal subdivision of Bharmour in Himachal Pradesh is set to host the 5th State-Level Jan-Jatiya Gaurav Diwas (Tribal Pride Day) on November 14 and 15, with vibrant cultural festivities and official participation.
🌄 Cultural Evening on November 14
The celebrations will begin with a cultural evening on November 14 at 6 PM at the Bharmour Helipad. Chief Guest Kewal Singh Pathania, Deputy Chief Whip of the Himachal Pradesh Government, will inaugurate the event. The evening will showcase the rich traditions of the Gaddi tribal community, featuring performances by school children, Mahila Mandals, Self-Help Groups, and Anganwadi workers.
🏛️ Official Ceremony on November 15
The main event will be held on November 15, starting at 11 AM at the same venue. Kuldeep Singh Pathania, Hon’ble Speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly, will attend as Chief Guest, with Kewal Singh Pathania also present as Special Guest.
Additional District Magistrate and Project Officer of the Integrated Tribal Development Project, Bharmour, Kulveer Singh Rana, confirmed that all preparations for the two-day celebration have been completed. He encouraged residents to participate actively and witness the cultural richness of the tribal communities.
