French President Emmanuel Macron has warned of shutting down social media if riots worsen in the country. This comes as several videos emerged online showing rioters looting multiple stores across France.
Earlier, Macron had said that authorities would identify those who called for protests through social media. The violence broke out in France after policeman shot dead a 17-year-old boy.
