To promote the emerging format of Himalayan T-10 Tennis Cricket—a fast-paced variant of traditional cricket—a dedicated association has been formed across Himachal Pradesh, with a strong presence in Chamba district.
In a recent announcement, the Himalayan T-10 Tennis Cricket Association appointed Mayook Chaddha from Dalhousie as District President, Dinesh Chauhan as General Secretary, and Amit Gandotra as Treasurer.
The association is gearing up for the National Championship scheduled to be held in Gujarat on October 9, where players from Himachal will participate. Practice sessions and trials have already begun in Dalhousie, with athletes from Chamba, Kangra, Mandi, and Una expected to arrive starting September 21.
Participants are required to carry valid ID proof including Aadhaar cards, wear proper sports attire, and will be provided refreshments during the sessions. A registration fee of ₹300 will be collected from each player.
Association President Mayook Chaddha emphasized that the initiative aims to provide a competitive platform for young cricketers in Dalhousie and urged maximum participation from across the region.
